I'm Ellee Beckman, a kids BJJ specialist and the founder of The Arte of Coaching. I've spent years studying education, how kids learn and acquire knowledge using the constraints led approach and applying this to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a gap that no one had filled before.

Yes. Whether you've been coaching kids for 1 year or 10, this mentorship meets you where you are. We start by understanding your specific situation and build from there. Many of our most successful graduates had very little formal coaching experience when they started.

Sessions are held via video call, once every two weeks over 3 months — 6 calls in total. Each session is focused and outcome-driven: we review what you implemented, address challenges, and set your next priorities. Between calls, you have direct access to Ellee via WhatsApp.

Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. We'll always find a time that works for both of us within the 3-month program window.
